Refund & Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Window
You have 24 hours after making a reservation to cancel for a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be issued beyond the 24-hour cancellation period, and no refunds are given for reservation fees under $50.
Weekly and extended stay rates are non-refundable — no refunds will be given if you leave early.
Security deposits are used to hold a site. If you choose not to take the site after placing a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.
A 24-hour notice is required prior to departure for all deposit refunds.

Fishing
Fishing is permitted in the pond (catch-and-release only). The pond is stocked with good-sized bass and catfish. The park is also right on the Brazos River, known for huge catfish (30 lbs+) and Alligator Garfish (50 lbs+).
Horseshoes
Enjoy a classic game of horseshoes in our recreation area. Perfect for families and groups looking for outdoor fun.
